Access to the Service implies unreserved acceptance of these GTU by the User. Any use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the GTU in force at the time of use.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Our liability is limited to direct damages resulting from proven fault in the execution of the Service. Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for:

5. Financial Terms and Payment

Payments are due upon subscription. No refunds are granted for ongoing subscriptions, except where required by law. The User may cancel their subscription at any time, without a refund of amounts already paid for the current period.

We reserve the right to modify our prices by notifying Users with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, analyses, logos, interfaces) present on the Service is the exclusive property of Luxury Brands Connection or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability for its author.

7. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these GTU at any time. The new terms will be applicable upon their online publication. The User is invited to consult them regularly.

We may suspend or terminate a User's access to the Service, without notice or compensation, in case of violation of these GTU.

The User may stop using the Service at any time.
